A 4-km nature trail for children from 6-13 years winds its way to the top of La Braye in Château-d'Oex. Questions, games of orientation and skill alternate with sport challenges.

In a small nearby chalet, an entertaining exhibition shows the Arktos expedition: 20,000 km around the polar circle, achieved by Mike Horn in 18 months. On foot, pulling a 200 kg sled, he crossed Europe, Greenland, Canada, Alaska and Siberia in the cold and in solitude.

Mike Horn is currently undertaking the Pangaea expedition linking the five continents with a yacht designed for tropical and arctic waters, which has multiple ecological qualities. Planned stopovers: Chile, Antarctica, Australia, China, Russia, North Pole, Greenland and America.
